   Using this information, Dr. Forman develops a personalized strategy focused on addressing your individual needs and supporting your body’s natural ability to recover and function more effectively. Patients also receive Dr. Forman’s personal cell phone number for questions or concerns between scheduled appointments.

   This in-clinic evaluation assesses the functional integrity of the body’s major organ systems and helps determine which areas may require the greatest support.

   The goal is to develop a prioritized restoration plan to help support qualities associated with improved wellness, including:

   2. Restful sleep and improved vitality.
   3. Healthy weight and metabolic function.

   You will receive a home testing kit and submit a sample to a designated laboratory. Once results are available, a telemedicine appointment will be scheduled to review the findings and discuss personalized recommendations for digestive support and restoration.

   Follow-up appointments are generally conducted through secure telemedicine visits unless an in-clinic appointment is recommended.    Most patients require approximately two follow-up appointments, although more complex cases may require additional care. The recommended schedule will be discussed at the conclusion of your initial evaluation.
